Training

Personal Training is a One on One program that offers the highest level of personal attention and accountability with personalized fitness and nutrition education & guidance.

Real Results

Strength Program

This is a 8-12 week strength program that builds muscle, improves skeletal health and boosts metabolism. Each person has a customized program specific to that person's body and his/her goals.

Boxing

Learn boxing and kickboxing in a group class setting by a certified boxing instructor. You will learn basic movements, punches and kicks on the heavy bags and mitts. Classes are 45 minutes in length


StrongFirst® Kettlebell

StrongFirst® is a worldwide sisterhood and brotherhood of strength. We believe strength has a greater purpose. Learning to use the Kettlebell and challenging yourself with your own bodyweight will build strength and optimize training at any level.

StrongFirst® Barbell

Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned gym-veteran, the barbell should be your best friend. Once equipped with the right knowledge, the barbell can form the basis of any resistance-based workout, as you will learn in this class led by Lugene Prior.


StrongFirst® Bodyweight

Master your bodyweight and develop the skill of strength. StrongFirst® Bodyweight Certified Trainer, Stacie Klausmeyer, will guide you through the bodyweight training system to get a powerlifting-quality strength session that you can do anytime, anyplace and anywhere!

Do you want accountability? Do you need motivation with your friends and/or family? We offer group training consisting of 3-4 people and boot camps consisting of 5 or more.

Fitness Fusion offers a full body functional workout that builds strength and endurance. It offers a more challenging and varied workout, with the use of sleds, battle ropes, tires, sandbags, and much more!

12 Week Strength & Nutrition

Get healthy from the inside out! Our 12 week program will guide you through physical challenges to build your core strength and help you create a nutritional  plan that builds your knowledge and confidence to eat in a way that’s best for you and your body.
